循证医学与小儿外科实践
Evidence based medicine and practice in pediatric surgery
摘要
循证医学是依靠慎重、准确、明智地研究证据 ,确定对患者的治疗措施 ,这与传统经验医学有着本质的区别。循证医学的具体步骤包括提出问题、收集资料和统计分析几个环节。由于小儿外科的很多疾病发病率较低 ,单一机构难以总结资料进行研究分析 ,故实行多机构合作 ,运用循证医学的方法论指导临床实践 。
