摘要
通过 10组 (共 2 5个试件 )用不同灌浆料加固外包钢的实验 ,分别从外包钢加固工艺、锚固工艺及加荷试验分析比较了各种加固方案的特点。此研究与以往的研究在灌浆方式、黏结材料、保护资源、锚固对象等方面不同 ,提出了最优的加固方案为 :高性能复合灌浆料加固试件。成果为钢筋混凝土抗震规范 ,工程应用提供了重要依据。
According to the test of ten groups of encased steel consolidation (total 25 test-pieces) using different grouting material, this paper analyses data and makes comparison of consolidation schemes in encased steel strengthening technology, anchorage technology and bearing test aspect. This study is different from traditional researches which focus on grout injection system, binding material, resources protection or anchor object, it presents the optimal strengthening project-encsed steel consolidation by high-performance composite grouting material. In addition, the results of the study provide important support for reinforced concrete earthquake-resistant regulation and application in construction.
