大黄浸液对家兔离体肠管张力的影响

Influence of extract from Rhubarb on movement ability of isolated instesine in rabbits

将大黄与水按 1g∶1ml的比例分别浸泡 6h、12h、18h、2 4h后 ,榨取浸出液 ,分别稀释成每毫升含生药 0 2 5g、0 5 g、1 0 g的大黄液 ,对家兔离体十二指肠和空肠分别作用 ,观察其张力的变化。结果表明 :大黄浸出液对家兔离体小肠的运动有明显增强作用 ,且不同稀释液的作用效果差异极显著 (P <0 0 1)。

Rhubarb and water with the ration of 1g to 1ml was soaked for 6 h, 12 h, 18 h and 24 h to make rhubarb lixivium. The rhubarb l ixiviums to be diluted with different concentrations of 0.25 g/ml, 0.5 g/ml and 1.0 g/ml were used to do work on duodenum and jejunum gotten away from rabbit to abserve the change of it. The result showed that the rhubarb lixivium can strengthen obviously the movement ability of rabbit’s away-from-body intestine, and there was significant different action among the different concentrations (P<0.01).
