One effective method to solve the problem is not to keep increasing the new liabilities on the basis of original debt and raising the level of the economic growth rate. Japanese government has huge fiscal deficit. However, the problem of Japanese fiscal deficit has not appeared until now. The reason is that Japanese have huge personal financial assets which can counteract government's fiscal deficit. Japan fiscal deficit can not kepp inlating. In order to control this inflation effectively, it is necessary to raise Japanese consumption tax rate keep fiscal deficit at a stable level.
