实验性糖尿病足大鼠模型的建立 被引量:19

摘要 目的建立一种具有实验价值的糖尿病足大鼠模型。方法给雄性Wistar大鼠腹腔注射中等剂量的链脲佐菌素后,适当调低室温,以建立动物模型;连续测量实验期间各组的饮水量,并观察各组的体表变化,测定各组在造模前、造模后的空腹血糖、胰岛素和体重。结果糖尿病组较正常对照组有明显的糖尿病足症状出现、体重明显下降,空腹血糖升高,而空腹胰岛素水平明显下降;同时糖尿病治疗组与糖尿病对照组相比,糖尿病足症状明显减轻(P<0.01),体重明显较糖尿病对照组升高(P<0.01),空腹血糖明显下降(P<0.01),而空腹胰岛素水平明显上升(P<0.01)。结论本方法建立的糖尿病足大鼠模型具有重要的实验和科研意义。 Objective:To establish a valuable rat model with diabetic foot.Methods:In order to establish an animal model with diabetic foot(DF),male Wistar rats were injected with moderate dose of Steptozotocin(STZ),and then the room temperature was down regulated appropriately for7days.During the experimental period,variety of each group' water drinking amount ,syndrome of body surface were observed and measured.Each group' fasting plasma glucose,insulin levels and body weight were also measured before and after the animal models were established.Results:Compared with normal group,DF groups had significant syndrome of diabetic foot,remarkably decreased body weight ,increased Fasting plasma glucose.but the levels of insulin significantly lowered.Meanwhile,compared with DF control group,DF treated group' syndrome of DF significantly mitigated,body weight remarkably increased,Fasting plasma glucose decreased,but the levels of insulin significantly increased.Conclusion:These results suggested that DF rat model established by our method have experimental and studying significance.
