摘要 印染厂生产废水具有高浓度、高色度和含有大量难降解有机物的特点 ,用单一的化学法或生物法处理效果不好[1] .江阴某印染厂采用物化 +三级生化 +物化法处理印染生产废水 ,设计处理能力 360m3 d ,废水进水CODcr,BOD5,SS和色度分别为 2 0 0 0~ 30 0 0mg L ,60 0~ 70 0mg L ,35 0~ 5 0 0mg L和 5 0 0~ 1 0 0 0倍 ,经处理后 ,出水稳定并达到污水排放一级标准 . The wastewater from dyeing mills features high concentration,high color and high content of organics difficult to degrade.The use of only chemical method or biological method does not give good results of treatment.A physicochemical plus three-stage biochemical plus physicochemical method was used by a dyeing mill in Jiangyin in the treatment of the wastewater from the dyeing process with a design capacity of 360 m3/d.The CODcr,BOD 5,SS and colourity of the inlet water were 2 000-3 000 mg/L,600-700 mg/L,350-500 mg/L and 500-1 000 times respectively.The outlet water steadily reached the standard for the first-class of fluent water through the treatment.
