额镜照明下模拟鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术径路治疗慢性筛窦炎可行性的探讨

A study of endoscopic sinus surgery under head mirror

目的 :探讨额镜照明下模拟鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术径路治疗筛窦炎的可行性。方法 :总结额镜照明下模拟鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术径路治疗 113例慢性筛窦炎、鼻息肉的临床资料。结果 :参照FESS - 97海口标准 ,随访半年以上 ,113例患者治愈、好转、无效率分别是 4 6 .90 % (5 3 113)、32 .74 % (37 113)、2 0 .35 % (2 3 113)。结论 :额镜照明下模拟鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术径路治疗慢性筛窦炎、鼻息肉优于传统鼻窦手术。

Objective:To explore the importance and specificity of conducting endoscopic sinus surgery under head mirror.Method:The clinical data of 113 patients with chronic ethmoiditis or/and nasal polyps undergone ESS under head mirror were retrospectively analyzed.Result:According to the FESS-97Haikou criterion,in all patients ,the rates of cure ,improved and ineffective were 46.90%, 32.74 % and 20.35 % respectively by following up of 6 months.Conclusion:Intranasal endoscopic sinus surgery under head mirror has a significant effect on treating ethmoiditis and polyps ,the effect is better than that of classifical sinusotomy.
