纳米晶复合Pr_8Fe_(87)B_5永磁合金磁性能与显微组织研究

摘要 用XRD、TEM及VSM等研究了纳米晶复合Pr8Fe87B5永磁合金不同淬态的显微组织及磁性能。合金获得的最高性能为 :Br=1.33T,HcJ=471.8kA/m,(BH)max=186.4kJ/m3。 Nanocomposite Pr2 Fe14 B /α-Fe magnet synthesized by melt_spinning a Pr8 Fe87 B5 alloy at different rolling speeds. Microstructure and magnetic properties of the ribbons spun at different wheel speed by the methods of XRD,TEM and VSM have been investigated.The maximum value: Br=1.33T,Hcj=471.8kA/m, (BH)max=186.4 kJ/m3 is achieved in ribbons melt spun at the wheel speed of 22m/s. The effect of wheel speed on the nucleation of two phase grains during the rapid solidification has been studied.
