摘要
目的 :探讨血脂康对鼠腹腔巨噬细胞摄取氧化低密度脂蛋白 (OX—LDL)能力的影响。方法 :采用OX—LDL巨噬细胞降解实验 ,分别观察血脂康对不同浓度的 12 5I—OX—LDL巨噬细胞 (MCs)降解值和不同浓度血脂康对 12 5I—OX—LDLMCs降解值的影响。结果 :12 5I—OX -LDLMCs降解值随OX—LDL浓度增加而增大 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;当加入血脂康 (2 5 0 μg /ml)后 ,血脂康对不同浓度 12 5I—OX—LDLMCs降解值均有抑制作用 ,与对照组相比差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;且血脂康对12 5I -OX -LDLMCs降解值的抑制随血脂康浓度而加大 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :12 5I—OX—LDL促进MCs脂蛋白降解 ,增加MCs摄取OX—LDL ,有致动脉粥样硬化的作用 ;血脂康使OX—LDLMCs降解值下降 ,抑制MCs摄取OX—LDL ,具有抗动脉粥样硬化的作用。
Objective: To identify the effects of Xue Zhikang (xzk)on macrophage cells uptake oxidizedLow density Lipoprotein(OX-LDL). Methods:The Degradation of 125I-OX-LDL by mouse peritoneal macrophage cells (MCs) was used. The effects of Xzk and OX-LDL on it to indicate the capacity of uptake ox-LDL by MCs were examined.Result: The degradation of 125I- OX-LDL by MCs was Larger along with 125I- OX-LDL concentnation mcreasing ( P <0.05). In the same time, The degradation of 125I -ox -LDL by MCs was inhibited by addition to XZK( P <0.05). Conclusion: The degradation of OX-LDL by MCs were enhanced with the increasing of ox-LDL's concentration and were inhibited by in addition to XZK.
