常州市武进区伤害死亡流行强度与死因变化趋势分析

Analysis epidemiological strength on injury deaths and trend of causes of death in Wujin district of Changzhou

目的 :分析居民伤害死亡流行强度、特征及死因别变化趋势 ,为制订伤害干预措施提供依据。方法 :采用回顾性调查分析的方法对武进区居民 1990年～ 1992年和 2 0 0 0年～ 2 0 0 2年两组伤害死亡资料进行研究分析。结果 :武进区居民伤害平均死亡率前者为 6 3 37/ 10万 ,后者为 6 2 5 1/10万 ,两者相比无明显升降变化 ;不同性别平均死亡率前者为 6 8 10 / 10万和 5 2 30 / 10万 ,后者为75 4 7/ 10万和 4 9 2 2 / 10万 ,均为男性显著高于女性 (P <0 0 1) ;平均死亡年龄分别为 4 2 2 6岁和4 9 85岁 ;前 3位死因 1990年～ 1992年依次为自杀、淹死和交通事故 ;2 0 0 0年～ 2 0 0 2年依次为交通事故、自杀和淹死 ,交通事故死亡率较 10年前上升了 15 2 72 %。结论 :10多年来 ,武进区居民伤害死亡率处于相对稳定状态 ,前 3位死因依然是自杀、淹死和交通事故 ,但交通事故上升幅度较大 ,其死因顺位由 10年前的第三位上升到第一位 ,成为伤害死亡中最突出的问题。

Objective: To better understand the epidemiological characteristic of injury deaths and trend of causes of death so as to provide basis for social intervention. Method: Descriptive analysis was used to review the data of the injury deaths during the two period 1990~1992 and 2000~2002. Results: Mortality in injury death per year averagely was 63.37 per 100 000 in former period and 62.51 per 100 000 in later period, which existed no significant differences, but there was significant difference (P<0.01) in sex, the mortalities per year averagely were 68.10 per 100 000 among males and 52.30 per 100 000 among females in former period, 75.47 per 100000 and 49.22 per 100 000 in later period. In addition, the age of death in average was 42.26 years in male and 49.85 years in female. During 1990~1992, three leading causes of deaths in order were suicide, drown and traffic accidents; while traffic accidents, suicide and drown were three leading causes of deaths in order during 2000~2002.Of the traffic accidents, death rate increased 152.72% than that previous ten years. Conclusion: Though the rate of injury death kept in stable level comparatively and causes of death were not changed among residents of Wujin district area during the past 10 years, traffic accidents became most prominent problem in all injury deaths as it rose up to the top causes of deaths.
