摘要
针对Potter喷雾法生物测定技术中喷雾量不确定的情况,采用每次0.5~5mL喷雾量加入药液管,喷雾测定溴氰菊酯对小菜蛾幼虫的半数致死浓度(LC50),探索喷雾量对毒力测定的影响并寻求最佳的喷雾量.试验表明,0.5mL喷雾量很难有效展布到被试昆虫的体表,并且测定的LC50值过高,为385.08mg/L;当1~3mL时,测定的LC50值差异不显著(分别为49.38mg/L、27.52mg/L和33.56mg/L);而喷雾量达到或超过4mL,雾滴累积成流,影响测定结果.因此,推荐喷雾量为1~3mL.并根据喷雾量和LC50值关系建立趋势线Y=301.3X-1.9488.
As a kind of delicate bioassay device,Potter Precision Spray Towers were applied widely and spraying dosage was used arbitrarily.Tests of different dosages of deltamethrin were carried out on the susceptible larvae of diamondback moth ( Plutella xylostella L.) with the Potter Precision Spray Tower.In our experiment,it showed that the dosage of0.5mL was too little to spreading on larvae of diamondback moth.As dosage increased to4or5mL,larvae were soaked.When the dosages of1to3mL were sprayed,differences of LC 50 between dosages were not signifi-cant.The dosages of1to3mL were recommended for the spraying on diamondback moth,and the trend line of dosage(Y)and LC 50 (X)was that Y=301.3X-1.9488.
