外商直接投资的就业效应变迁分析

An Analysis on Employment Effect Change of Foreign Direct Investment

利用外商直接投资增加就业是我国政府外资政策的直接目标之一。但20世纪90年代中期以来,随着在中国的外商直接投资由劳动密集型加工行业向资本和技术密集行业发展,直接增加就业的作用明显弱化,导致就业效应发生了变迁。本文通过对就业效应的两个时期划分,分析了就业效应发生变迁的原因,并对效果进行了评价,并提出相应的政策建议。

Utilizing FDI to increase employment is a major target for the Chinese government. FDI has transferred from a labour-intensive industry to a technology and capital-intensive industry since 1995,so it causes employment effect change and weakens direct employment effect.According to division of two periods, This paper analyzes why employment effect changes and assesses its influences.Finally the paper draws a conclusions and gives some suggestions.
