民营科技企业的成长模式与环境分析

Analysis on Development Model and Environment of Small and Medium Technological Enterprises

本文利用在江苏省进行民营科技企业竞争力问卷调查获得的数据对民营科技企业的成长模式和环境进行了系统的分析。首先讨论了进行民营科技企业成长模式和环境问卷调查的内容和方法,然后利用调查获得的数据详细分析了民营科技企业的成长模式及其在成长过程中技术、资金和人才的主要来源及面临的困难,接着从社会文化和法律、政策、市场和知识产权保护、社会服务等几个方面剖析了民营科技企业对其成长环境的基本评价,获得了一些有意义的结论,可为我国各级政府制定更有效的促进民营科技企业发展的政策提供支持。

This paper analyses the development model and environment of the small and medium technological enterprises based on the data of the competitive force survey of the small and medium technological enterprises (SMTE) in Jiangsu Province. The survey context and the basic situations of the surveyed enterprises are discussed first. Then the development model and the main sources of the technologies, investments and talents of SMTEs are analyzed and their difficulties are researched. Furthermore, evaluation on their development environment is conducted under social culture, law environment, policy environment, market environment and patern protection environment and social service.
