Introduction about Project Governance Structure

随着项目管理理论和实践的发展,项目治理日益成为项目管理研究新的热点。项目治理理论是一个新的研究领域,本文从政府公共治理和公司治理结构分析入手,结合项目结构自身的特点,从项目的内部组织结构、外部组织结构及外部环境三个方面做出了一些探索。

With development of project management theory and practice,project governance has gradually become a new hotspot in project management research. The project governance theory is a virginal research field. This paper proceeds with the analysis of public governance and corporation governance. By considering projects own features,it attempts to discuss from three aspects of project internal organizational structure, external organizational structure and outside environment.
