Preparation of nanometer silver powder in inverse microemulsions

摘要 研究在环己烷 异戊醇 SDS(十二烷基硫酸钠) 水所组成的反相微乳液体系里制备纳米金属银粉的方法.选择合适的微乳液配比,以水合肼为还原剂,常温下还原银铵盐制得了纳米银粒子.讨论了微乳液体系的组成,水和表面活性剂SDS的摩尔比对纳米银粒子粒径的影响.经X射线衍射仪和透射电镜测试分析,产品系晶粒为20-30nm纳米银粉. Preparation of nanometer silver powder in inverse microemulsions with ingredient of cyclohexane/isopentanol/SDS/water were investigated .By reducing Ag(NH_3)^+ with N_2H_4·H_2O at room temperature, nanometer silver particles have been prepared with suitable ratio of ingredient. The influence of ingredient of inverse microemulsions and ratio of water and surfactant SDS on radius of nanometer silver particles were discussed. X-ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscope(TEM) determination showed production were pure nanometer silver particles within the range of 20-30?nm.
