快速制备高负载量高分散Pt/C催化剂的研究 被引量:6

摘要  一种经过优化的快速、简单、方便制备方法用于纳米Pt/C催化剂的制备,并采用比表面分析(BET)、透射电镜(TEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)等分析技术对催化剂进行了表征。研究结果表明,该法可一次性快速制备贵金属负载量>40%的Pt/C催化剂,催化剂具有高比表面积、Pt粒子粒度小、分布窄(平均在3~5nm之间)的特点,并且在VulcanXC 72炭载体上高度分散。 High loading and highly dispersed Pt/C catalysts were prepared by a novel, rapid, simple and convenient technique. BET, TEM and XRD measurements indicated that the catalysts prepared by present method were uniform and the precious metal distributed on carbon at narrow particle size range. The surface area was larger than that of the commercial available products at the same precious metal loading. Catalysts with the Pt loading more than 40% can be made by one step, one flask preparation at the average particle size less than 5nm.
