摘要
将一种新材料———金属橡胶材料应用于制备节流元件,其较高的承载能力、抗堵塞能力及节流孔隙随压力连续可调性能是其它多孔材料所无法比拟的。对金属橡胶多孔材料的基本性能进行了实验研究,测量了具有不同丝径、不同结构尺寸的金属橡胶多孔材料的最大孔隙直径和平均孔隙直径。得出了最大孔隙直径、平均孔隙直径与孔隙度、金属丝直径和液压直径之间的关系。
In this paper, metal rubber was used to produce throttle element. Its characteristics of high capacity for loading, jam resistance and continuous variable throttle nozzle provide good performance compared with other porous material. In this paper, the basic characteristics of MR were experimented. The maximal and average diameter of holes of MR elements with different wire diameter and size were tested. The relationship of maximal diameter and average diameter versus porosity, wire diameter and hydraulic diameter were researched.
