摘要
本文对水代法芝麻油渣的乙醇萃取物进行了抗氧化性能研究。测定了样品对DPPH自由基、羟基自由基的清除作用、样品在亚油酸体系中的抗氧化作用、样品的还原能力、样品对大鼠脑、肝组织自发性脂质过氧化、H2O2诱导脂质过氧化的影响。实验结果表明,样品对DPPH自由基和羟基自由基呈现出明显的清除作用,样品对大鼠脑、肝组织自发性脂质过氧化、H2O2诱导脂质过氧化均有一定抑制作用。
The sesame sediment from the processing of sesame oil was extracted by 80% alcohol solution and the antioxidant activity of this alcohol extract was investigated: the scavenging effect on the ??diphenyl--picrylhydrazyl radicals(DPPH) and the hydroxyl radicals,the antioxidant activity in a linoleic acid system,the reducing power and the anti-lipoperoxidation in liver and brain homogenate spontaneously or induced by H2O2. The results show that the extract is sufficient for a noticeable scavenging effect on the DPPH radical and hydro- xyl radicals. The extracts also have an inhibitory effect on the lipoperoxidation in liver and brain homogenate spontaneously or induced by H2O2.
