摘要
通过国际经济合作与发展组织(OECD)藻类生长抑制实验的国际标准方法,参照<生活饮用水卫生标准>GB5749-85设置毒物浓度进行实验,得到了2,4-二硝基苯胺、2,4-二硝基氯苯、间二硝基苯等三种硝基芳烃类物质两两混合和三者混合共四种不同情况对盐藻(Dunaliella salina)的48h半数有效抑制浓度EC50值,得到各混合物毒性相加和S与联合效应相加指数AI,由其AI值均在-0.1~0.1可知,其混合有相加作用.
By using the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development(OECD) standard method for algal growth inhibition test, the combined-toxicitiy (48h, EC50) to Dunaliella salina of the 4 kinds of hydroxybenzene-mixtures, which mixed separately by 2,4-Dinitroaniline、2,4-Dinitrochloro benzene and m-Dinitrobonzene, were determined. In the test, all the combined-toxicitiy抯 addition-indexes(AI) are among -0.1~0.1, it indicated that the toxicity to Dunaliella salina is added when the Nitryl-aromatic Hydrocarbons mixed.
