摘要
介绍了采用水分快速测定仪测定豆腐柴果胶粉的水分含量的方法,确定了最佳测定条件为:试验试样质量1.5g,加热电压220V,加热时间6min。该法具有操作简便、快速、准确的特点,可及时指导生产。
A method is described for the determination of water content in pectin by the quick moisture apparatus, and the optimum conditions are found as follows: sample mass 1.5g, heating voltage 220V, and heating time 6 min. This method has the characteristics of convenient operation, quickness, and accuracy, so it is able to act as a timely guidance in production.
