纯棉针织物的纤维素酶整理工艺研究

The Study of Process of Cellulase Finish for Cotton Knit Fabric

通过单因素实验 ,分析影响纯棉针织物酶整理效果的诸因素 ,优化了纤维素酶整理工艺 ,并对比分析了厚、薄 2种棉针织物与棉机织物的酶整理效果。结果表明 ,纯棉针织物经过纤维素酶整理后的柔软性、透气性、吸湿性等性能均有改善 ,且厚型纯棉针织物的整理效果更好。

Through single factor experiment analyse various factors of enzmye coordinate effect affecting pure cotton knitting and improve coordinate techniques of cellulose enzmye,compare and analyse the coordinate effect of enzmye about thick and thin cotton knitting with cotton flexible.The result indicates the capability of tenderness,air permeability and moisture absorption of pure cotton plain have all improved and the coordinate effect of thick cotton knitting is better.
