用高效能水解胰蛋白酶详细研究了影响丝胶蛋白质的水解因素及水解产物对头发的亲和作用。通过实验其结果表明分子量适中的丝胶肽分子对头发有比丝胶分子更好的亲和作用 ,既能在头发表面形成保护性透明薄膜 ,改善头发的光泽和弹性 ,又更容易通过渗透进入发质内部 ,对头发具有修复效果。

It had been researched amply that the hydrolytic factors of sericin protein and the sericin peptides affinity to the human hair and the surface and mechanical properties of the human hair adsorbed sericin peptides.The experimental results showed that the sericin peptides of the suited molecular weight had more affinity to the human hair than sericin and could form a transparent film on the surface of the hair,which not only could protect the hair from the damages caused by the external factors to improve the luster and the elasticity of the hair,but also could easily permeate into the hair to repair the hair damaged.
