摘要
用G+ 菌株B1 2 1 3 2 和G- 菌株E2 6 2 3的原生质体融合 ,获得 2 84株融合子 ,经重复性苎麻脱胶试验 ,从中获得苎麻脱胶性能均优于原株的 2株融合子。
Through the technology of protoplasmic fusion,G++ strain Bacillus sp 12-13-2 and G+- strain Erwinia sp 26-2-3 were fused,284 strain constant fusants were gotten.Through repeated ramie degumming experiments,two of them in textile capability of the fibre degummed are better than original strains.
