摘要
射频超导谐振腔垂直测量系统涉及到频率、功率、温度、压力等多个参数的测量 ,为了保证测量的同时性 ,提高准确性和精度 ,需要用计算机来进行控制。为此 ,我们用LabVIEW开发了射频超导谐振腔垂直测量远程测试系统 ,通过它实现对仪器的远程控制 ,采集所需数据 ,经过数据处理后动态地反映测试结果 ,提高系统运行的效率。本文介绍射频超导谐振腔垂直测量系统的组成和参数测量原理、系统软件体系及主要功能模块的实现。
Simultaneous measurement of frequency, power, temperature and pressure are involved in the vertical testing system of RF superconducting cavity. To ensure the simultaneity and improve accuracy, it requires that computer be used to control the instruments. A remote testing system is developed using LabVIEW6.1 through which real-time test and processing of data by remote controlling the instruments are realized. The efficiency of the testing system is improved by this way. In this article the structure of vertical testing system and main functional module of the software are introduced.
