摘要
针对目前广泛应用的滚珠丝杠误差检测系统的不足 ,实现了速度自适应的滚珠丝杠误差检测系统。通过对原系统光栅信号的提取和应用 ,使滚珠丝杠误差检测中的计算机采样点数与滚珠丝杠检测长度保持严格一致 ,从而提高了各项误差检测计算的准确性。
Aimed to the shortcoming of the ball screw error measurement instrument widely used today, a new measurement instrument with speed adaptive system was implemented in this paper. With adopted the pulse signal of round grating in originally system, the length of the measured ball screw was done consistent with the points, which be obtained through computer, the veracity of the measured and calculated error was improved.
