摘要
军事空间系统的发展使得海洋力量的差距进一步地扩大,并且空间力量对海上力量的直接威胁在21世纪也变得越来越大。要维持国家对海洋的干预能力,海上力量就必须能够有效地抑制军事空间系统的作用。本文探讨了海基制天平台的基本方案以及有效的反卫星武器。发展这种能够有效打击敌战争力量关节点的新型作战平台将是实现国家海上力量跃升的一个历史性机遇。
The development of military space system causes the gap of the sea power to be further enlarged. And the direct threat to sea power from military space system will also become more and more big in 21 century. To hold the ability for nation to intervene sea , the sea power should be able to repress the functions of military space system availably. In this paper the basic project of the anti - satellite sea - base platform and the effective anti - satellite weapon have been studied. To develop this new type operation platform that can effectively strike the vitals of enemy' s war power will be a historic opportunity to realize the leap of nation' s sea power.
