摘要
本文从微生态观点出发,用“华星一号”菌株(BF839)作为饲料添加剂,对688羽的“AA”肉鸡分成5组进行56天的饲喂试验,对照组(Ⅰ)添加上霉素,试验组(Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ)添加“华星一号”。试验结果表明,试验各组平均活重均高于对照组(P<0.05),分别比对照组提高16.89%,10.85%,19.33%,15.19%,饲料/增重分别降低:16.35%,11.03%,16.35%,12.93%,死亡率分别下降38.97%,62.80%,63.12%,50.40%,经济效益每羽肉鸡分别提高1.52元,1.06元,1.94元,1.47元。试验结果证明:“华星一号”菌株(BF839)作为肉鸡饲料添加剂比土霉素促进生长,防治疾病,提高饲料利用率和经济效益有明显效果。
An experiment was comducted with 688“AA”broiler chicken toinve- stigate the effect of“No.1 Huaxing”strain on growth of broiler chic- ken.These chickens were randomly divided into five groups.Croup 1, contrast group,was fed feeds containing terramycin,while group 2,3, 4,5,experiment groups,were fed feeds containing“No.1 Huaxing” strain.During 56 days experiment,the average weight in experimeent groups higher(P<0.05)than that in contrast group,that is,16.89%, 10.85%,19.33%,and 15.19% respectively.Feed/grain in experiment groups,that is,16.35%,11.03%,16.35%and 12.93% respectively.Rate of death in experiment groups was lower than that in contrast group, that is,38.97%,62.80%,63.12% and 50.40% respectively.Economic efficiency per chicken in experiment groups increased by 1.52 Yuan, 1.06 Yuan,1.94 Yuan and 1.47 Yuan respectively. The results suggested that the effect of“No.1 Huaxing”strain(BF 839)used as feed additives for broiler Chicken to prevent disease and to improve daily grain,feed conversion and economic efficiency was much better than that of terramyccin.
