在技术标准的竞争中,市场策略问题成为每个企业不得不认真对待的问题。企业在考虑市场策略问题时,必须处理好两种关系:企业技术与市场上现有技术的兼容问题;是否对其他厂商开放企业自身的技术。在此基础上,企业需要根据实际市场情况,尤其是竞争对手采取的竞争策略,选择正确的市场策略。标准战争是企业之间竞争实力的较量。企业参与标准竞争通常采用的手段是:先发制人和建立预期。建立战略联盟有助于企业在标准战争中取胜。
In the competitions of technical standard,market strategies become very important to the firm. Whileconsidering the problem of market strategies, the firm mustface two kinds of relations: how to deal with the compatibleproblem of the firm誷 technology and the existing technologyin market; whether or not open the firm's own technology toother firms. On the basis of this, according to the marketsituation, especially the competitive strategy that the rivaltakes, the firm chooses the correct market strategy. Thestandard war is the competition of strength among firms. Themeans that are usually adopted in standard competition arepreempt and expectation management. Setting up strategicalliance helps the firm to win in the standard war.
