摘要
某些危重疾病的发生、发展与自由基有重要关系,特别是与氧自由基的作用更为密切。本文报道内科危重病患者氧自由基的变化。对86例危重病,包括冠心心梗组35例,风心心衰组12例,脑梗塞组9例,慢肾衰组22例,急肾衰组8例。入院时测定SOD/MDA含量,结果表明,各病例组均显示MDA升高,与正常对照组比有显著差异(P<0.05~0.001)。冠心、心梗、风心、心衰SOD有降低,统计学无显著差异(P>0.05),脑梗塞和慢肾衰患者SOD活力有升高(P<0.05),可能由于MDA升高,引起全血自由基清除剂SOD代偿升高。对23例冠心心梗患者。经用自制中药(生脉、丹参、当归注射液)静脉给药后3~7天复查。测定SOD/MDA含量,结果SOD活力升高,与治疗前比有显著差异(P<0.001);MDA含量降低,无显著差异(P>0.05)。表明,中药(生脉、丹参、当归注射液)静脉给药对氧自由基变化有影响,值得继续研究探讨。
Free radicals,correlate with the occurence and devel-opment of some diseases.In our stady,free oxygen radi-cals were measured in 86 critically ill patients amongwhom 35 had AMI,12 heart failure,9 cerebral infarc-tion,22 CRF and 8 ARF,SOD/MDA was measured onadmission,which revealed the elevation of MDA(P<0.001,comparing with the control group)and the de-crease of SOD(but P>0.05)Sliqht elevation was seen incases of CRF and cerebral infarction which is hypothe-sized to be the compensative response to the elevation ofMDA.SOD/MDA was also measured in 23 cases of AMI 3to 7 days after intravenous administration of the prepara-tions of Chinese herb madicine(injections of sheng mai,red sage root and Chinese angelica root).The resultshowed that‘SOD’was found to be elevated(P<0.001comparing with those measured prior to the treatment)and‘MDA’decreased(but P>0.05),This indicated thatsome Chinese herb medicine may have influences on freeoxygen radicals,which is worthy of futher investigation.
