摘要
2003年8月底至9月上旬,主要流经陕西关中地区的渭河出现1981年以来最大洪水。此次洪水特点为:"小流量,高水位,大灾害"。主要表现在:洪水水位高;洪水持续时间长;演进速度慢;险情多;造成的灾害比较严重。作者分析了此次洪水的特点,认为渭河下游河道形态类似于黄河下游,提出了利用工程措施、非工程措施;利用机械挖掘方式;利用渭河调水调沙以及南山支流综合治理等治理对策。
From late August to the first ten days of September in 2003, the Weihe River, which flows across the central Shaanxi, faced the largest flood since 1981. This flood is characterized by 'low discharge, high water level, and severe calamity'. Considering that the watercourse shape of the lower Weihe River is similar to that of the lower Yellow River, the author puts forward the comprehensive treatment as to adopt engineering and non-engineering measures, mechanical digging and regulating river flow and reducing sediment in the Weihe River and its southern tributaries.
