In the reform and development of higher education for nationalities it is a must to adopt a creative attitude in their own way so as to have a right direction establish a new system and a new approach and follow completely credit hour rules. Moreover it is necessary to have an open mind and to care more about personality education in order to create a peaceful and relaxing studying atmosphere and to waken the students' creativity.
