介绍了软交换的概念、功能、特征及相关协议,分析了以电路交换为核心的传统呼叫中心的结构及其存在的问题,提出以基于H.248协议的软交换技术构建网络呼叫中心模型。

The concept, function characteristic and relevant protocol of soft switch technique are introduced. The structure and inherent limitations of call center based on circuit switch technique are analysed, and the call center structure of soft switch technique is put forward based on H.248 protocol.
