In this paper, a kind of management system for computer laboratory based on non-touched IC card and the merit of non-touched IC card are introduced. Combining the current condition, the management system for computer laboratory is developed. The general design of the system, the function of some key modules and implementation of some modules are represented, in which the detailed flow graph is given. The system have the futures of high safety and reliability.
