摘要
本文以著名心理学家勒温“心理场”理论为基础，提出“教师心理场”理论，阐述强势心理场对提高外语教学水平的重要意义及加强心理场的策略。
Based on the theory Psychological Field,put forward by renowned psychologist Kurt Lewin,this paper reveals the significance of the strong psychological field to the improvement of foreign language teaching and the strategy to enhance psychological field.
