摘要
本文通过对县域园区集聚功能弱化现象进行深入分析,提出推动县域园区健康发展的理性选择——实施产业集群化战略。并从存量整合、模式选择和政府功能等方面对如何实施这一战略进行了详细论证。
After de eply analyzing the phenomenon of convergence function weaken,the paper put forw ard that strategy of industrial cluster is the rational choice for county indust rial parks to develop healthily And it made a careful study about how to carry o ut this strategy in three aspects:integration of existing parks;choice of patt erns and the role of government.
