On Application of Law of Foreign Commercial Papers

本文从分析票据的几个基本问题着手 ,指出了票据领域存在的法律冲突 ,并归纳了涉外票据的法律适用的一般原则及其特点 ,在此基础上对我国票据法第五章存在的几个问题作了探讨。

There are different provisions of law about commercial papers in deferent countries,this gives rise to conflicts of laws in this field,to solve these conflicts,the characteristics of foreign commercial papers must be studied so as to present some basic rules for application of law of foreign commercial papers.
