试析我国舆论监督中存在的问题及对策

An exploratory research in problems in the media supervision in our country and possible solutions

舆论监督是我国监督体系中重要的组成部分,它是推动社会主义民主政治建设进程的重要途径之一。但在新闻传媒实施舆论监督过程中,存在着诸如法律不健全、行政权力滥用、传统思想束缚等问题,妨碍了新闻传媒发挥舆论监督作用。因此,须从改革舆论监督体制、完善舆论监督法制、健全舆论监督机制、建设高素质的新闻工作队伍、提高舆论监督实效、营造良好的舆论监督环境等方面,改善和加强新闻舆论监督。

The media supervision is an important part of our country's supervision system and an important step toward socialist democracy. But its practice often confronts such problems as imperfection of the legal system, misuse of executive power, and restrictions from traditional ideas, which greatly reduce the supervisory role of the media. Thus the view is stated that reforms to media supervision must be made by perfecting the existing legal system, strengthening the mechanism of supervision via public opinions, developing a big number of highly qualified journalists, improving the efficacy of the media supervision and establishing an healthy environment.
