二灰土底基层是路面的重要结构物之一,通过对兰州柳忠高速公路一标段二灰土底基层的铺筑实践,总结了原材料检验、混合料组成设计、二灰土施工的全过程及施工工艺.提供了机械组合形式、碾压方式、碾压速度、碾压遍数等各种技术数据,得出施工中的一些体会:选用优质的石灰,充分消解,保证混合料的均匀性,控制好压实时间及含水量,重视养护.

Lime-flyash stabilized soil subbase course is one of the important pavement structures. This paper summarizes the raw material's quality examination, mixture ratio design, and construction procedures and workmanship of the lime-flyash stabilized soil in the Lanzhou-Liuzhong Highway Contract No.1. Technical parameters are also provided for the mechanical combination, roller compaction method, velocity and numbers etc., including the construction experience: selecting quality lime, clearing up amply, ensuring the mixture's even, controlling the time of plenishment and the quantity of containing water or moist, paying attention to the maintenance of the construction.
