摘要
目的探讨采用三孔操作行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的方式、方法,从而提高腹腔镜操作技术。方法60例病人采用三孔操作行腹腔镜胆囊切除术,对其进行回顾性分析。结果56例腹腔镜胆囊切除术获得成功,有4例中转开腹,60例病人均治愈出院。结论三孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术是完全可行的,不但节省了人力,减少了对病人的损害,还可使术者在操作技术上得到进一步的锻炼和提高。
Objective In order to reduce the injury to the patients, and to explore the procedures of laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) by three holes method, then to improve the skills of laparocopic operation. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the 60 cases received LC by three holes method. Results 56 case LC was successful. 4 cases were turned LC into laparotomy. All cases were cured. Conclusion LC by three holes was feasible, not only to save manpower and reduce the injury to the patients, but also to improve the laparoscopic skills of the operator. 〔
