摘要 对一种新型自倍频激光晶体Yb:YAB的能级结构和光谱特性作了分析,利用准三能级的耦合速率方程,得出了LD端面泵浦条件下激光输出的解析表达式。讨论了晶体温度,晶体的有效光学长度,以及输出镜的反射率等因素对激光输出强度和发光阈值的影响。从理论上对LD端面泵浦的新型全固态Yb:YAB激光器的光学特性进行了系统的计算和分析。 The energy level structure and the spectral characteristic of a novel laser crystal Yb:YAB(Yb:YAl(BO3)4) are analyzed, and the analytic expressions of the laser output with CW end-pumping are achieved.The dependence of the output laser intensity and threshold on the temprerature, the effective optical length of the crystal and the reflectivity of the output coupler are discussed.
