摘要
发光二极管具有体积小、质量轻、功耗低、寿命长、可靠性高和响应速度快等优点,可以用作各种标志的发光器件,广泛地应用于指示灯、显示屏、交通管理和生产自动化中。推导出了发光二极管的作用距离公式,并针对常用的观测设备进行了分析。使用最低照度0.02lux和中等分辨率摄像机作为观测设备,辐射功率为6mW、辐射半顶角为25°的发光二极管作用距离可达1.5km。给出了相应的实验结果,验证了理论分析的正确性。
Light Emitting Diode (LED) has many advantages, such as little volume, light weight, low power consumption, long life, high reliability and quick response speed. It can be used as the luminous device of many beacons which are widely applied to indicating lamp, display screen, traffic guidance and production automation. In this paper, the operating range formula of LED is deduced. For the observation equipment used in common, the further analysis on LED's application is also completed. If the camera with minimum luminosity of 0.02 lux and middle resolution is used as observation equipment, the operating range of LED with radiation power of 6mW and semiapex angle of 25° can be more than 1.5km. The experimental results have verified the correctness of the theory analysis.
