移膜革耐黄变性能的研究

摘要 通过采用不同类型的皮革用聚氨酯树脂进行耐黄变系列实验 ,探讨了面料层树脂、粘合层树脂、着色剂、交联剂等对移膜革耐黄变性能的影响。结果表明 ,聚氨酯树脂的结构对移膜革耐黄变性能起着决定性的作用 ,其中面料层树脂对耐黄变性能的影响尤为显著 ;同时对移膜革耐黄变效果作出系统分析 。 The transfer film leathers were prepared from different type of polyurethane resins. The effects of surface resin, coloring agent and crossing agent on resistance to yellowing of the transfer film leather were discussed and estimation of resistance to yellowing of the transfer film leather was carried out. The results show that structure of polyurethane resin has important effect on resistance to yellowing of the transfer film leather. The reference is supplied to produce different typess transfer film leather with different resistance to yellowing.
