摘要
着重探讨光纤激光共焦扫描显微镜(FOCSM)中校正平面扫描畸变的比较器模块,并详细对比分析采用数字比较器和模拟比较器的利弊,探讨硬件校正畸变的方案,并最终设计出以CPLD为核心,构成带有静态图像采集功能和平面扫描畸变校正功能的高速扫描控制系统.
The comparator unit used to correct the planar scanning distortion of reflecting type fiber- optic confocal scanning microscope (FOCSM) was described, the benefits and faults between digital comparator and analogue comparator were analyzed, and the hardware to correct the distortion was designed. As the key component in FOCSM's electric system, a complex programmable logic device (CPLD) achieves the distortion correction function, the image acquisition function and the high-speed scanning control function.
