摘要
采用低温模压工艺制备了短炭纤维增强碳化硅 (C/C SiC)复合材料 ,密度约为 1.7g/cm3 ,研究了短炭纤维增强碳化硅复合材料在空气中的氧化行为。结果表明 :在 60 0~ 10 0 0℃范围内 ,随着氧化温度升高 ,材料的氧化加剧 ,失重率增加 ;在同一温度点 ,随着氧化时间的延长 ,材料的失重率增加 。
Short carbon fibre reinforced silicon carbide composites(C/C-SiC) was fabricated using low temperature molding process. The composites have a density of 1.7 g/cm 3. Its oxidizine behaviours in air are studied. The results have shown that in the temperature ranging from 600 ℃ to 1?000 ℃ with increasing of temperature, its oxidation would quicken and its weight loss would increase. At the same temperature point, with increasing of temparature its weight loss ratio increases and when reaching a certain extent, its weight loss ratio tends forwards stability.
