Hualing Liangang company has successfully implemented the ERP program, making itself the 1st qualified enterprise which uses completely SAP software in China's metallurgical industry. Some concrete measures are introduced to implement the ERP program and the company's present situation of enterprise resources planning after implementing the ERP program is outlined.
