摘要
建立了两种高精度成形车刀优化设计的数学模型 ,介绍了用VB语言开发的高精度成形车刀CAD/CAM系统的构成及主要模块功能。借助该系统可由工件零件图直接生成加工用车刀零件图及刀具廓形的数控线切割加工程序 ,同时可通过仿真检验所设计的刀具廓形及其加工程序代码的正确性。
The composition and major modular functions of simulation branch system of automatic design and machining for high precision prismatic form turning tools, exploited by VB language, are introduced. With the system, the detail drawings of high precision prismatic form turning tools and processing program of NC wire cut-off machine for tool profiles can be directly generated from drawings of workpieces, and the designed tool's profile and processing codes can be checked by means of simulation.
