摘要 论述了活性SiO2对湿法磷酸生产的结晶、过滤、设备腐蚀、结垢以及净化等操作过程的影响,同时报道了用硅藻土脱氟的试验研究。结果表明,当钠型硅藻土助滤剂的添加量在8.00 g/L、絮凝剂的添加量在0.10g/L左右时,湿法磷酸脱氟完全可以达到饲料级磷酸指标。 The effect of activated silica is discussed on crystallization, filtration, scale formation, corrosion of equipment and purification in the production of wet-process phosphoric acid, and the experimental study is reported of defluorination with diatomite. Results show that when the addition of sodium type di-atomite filter aid is about 8.00 g/L and that of flocculating agent around 0.10 g/L, the defluorination of wet-process phosphoric acid can fully attain the indicators for feed-grade phosphoric acid.
