摘要
在普通过磷酸钙生产中间控制分析中,鲜钙中硫酸根含量的测定普遍采用硫酸钡烘箱干燥重量法或硫酸钡灼烧重量法,操作过程繁琐,用时长。笔者在实际操作中,采用微波炉加热干燥硫酸钡沉淀,测定值与灼烧重量法的测定值的绝对差值<0.17%。该方法的相对标准偏差(RSD)<0.3%,精密度和准确度良好,适合于生产中间控制分析。
In the intermediate control analysis in single superphosphate production, the gravimetric method of barium sulfate oven drying or barium sulfate ignition is generally used in the determination of sulfate content in run-of-pile superphosphate, but the operation is tedious and time-consuming. The authors in their actual operation use heating and drying of barium sulfate precipitate in the microwave oven, and the measured value has an absolute error of < 0.17% as compared with that of the ignition gravimetric method. The relative standard deviation of the method is < 0.3 % , and its precision and accuracy are satisfactory.
