摘要
以淡黄花百合的鳞片为外植体进行试管培养 ,筛选出各培养阶段适宜的培养基分别为 :⑴丛生芽诱导 ,MS+6 -BA 2 .0mg/L +NAA 0 .2mg/L +蔗糖 3% ;⑵继代增殖 ,MS +6 -BA 1 .5mg/L +NAA 0 .1mg/L +蔗糖 3% ;⑶生根及小鳞茎生长 ,1 /2MS +NAA 0 .5~ 1 .0mg/L +蔗糖 3% +活性碳 0 .1 % ,1 /2MS +NAA 0 .5mg/L +蔗糖 6 % +活性碳 0 .1 %。
Using the squama as the explant, the tube propagation of Lilium sulphureum Baker was studied. The results of the experiments suggested that the appropriate media for respective culture stages were: ⑴ for formation of rosette buds:MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L +sucrose 3%;⑵ differentiation and subculture of rossete buds:MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+sucrose 3%;⑶ for rooting and growing of small bulb:1/2 MS +NAA 0.5~1.0 mg/L + sucrose 3% + active carbon 0.1%,1/2 MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L +sucrose 6% + active carbon 0.1%.
