Try to Find out the New Ways for Developing Feature Economy in Baiyin City from the Point of Comparative Advantage

比较优势是区域经济发展的基本立足点 ,白银市的比较优势在于依赖矿产资源的开采挖掘形成产业 ,直至走上依赖于资源优势发展工业的道路。由于资源枯竭所造成的白银厂矿田后续资源严重不足和相对的矿产资源优势逐渐丧失而产生的矛盾冲突 ,本文通过实证性分析 ,从白银区域经济发展的相对比较优势 ,探讨白银资源型城市和工矿企业发展特色经济的新途径。

Comparative advantage is the basic foothold for regional economic development. In the city of Baiyin, the industry relies on exploiting and excavating mineral resources, as a result, taking a developing industry way with the advantage of resources. Due to the exhaustion of resources, the situation with regard to grave short of additional resources and gradually losing the relative advantage of mineral resources has been arisen, which causes contradictions in Baiyin. The paper find a new way for developing feature economy in resource-based city of Baiyin and industrial & mining enterprises through analyzing the relative comparative advantage of Baiyin's regional economic development.
